Digital Secure Key, a function of HSBC Corporate Mobile Banking application, is an application of one time password generation, which you can use in your iOS and Android mobile devices. Following the activation of Digital Secure Key, you can access the HSBC Corporate Mobile Banking application just with a single password.

How to use Digital Secure Key?

Install the HSBC Corporate Mobile Banking application from App Store or Google Play in order to utilize Digital Secure Key.

If you do not use a Secure Key device, please follow the steps which will be displayed for you to activate your Digital Secure Key after installing the HSBC Corporate Mobile Banking application and entering your User Code and Password. Following the completion of your activation process, you can access the HSBC Corporate Mobile Banking application just by entering your Digital Secure Key password.

If you are using a Secure Key, you can contact your Customer Service Representative and send your request to switch to the Mobile Secure Key by e-mail, and then log in with your user code and password on the Mobile Banking Application and follow the necessary steps.

Activate your Digital Secure Key in three steps:

1. Download the app

Download HSBC Corporate Mobile Banking application to your iOS or Android compatible mobile device from the relevant mobile market. In the mobile application, enter your Business Internet Banking and Corporate Mobile Banking User Code and Password and start the activation process. The activation code is required to activate your Mobile Secure Key.

2. Activation Code

The Activation Code will be sent via SMS to your mobile phone number registered in our bank.

3. Mobile Secure Key Password

After entering the Activation Code, you can complete the process by determining your Mobile Secure Key password.
